Is Back To Life Right For You?


 

Back to Life programs are designed for the average individual, not stereotypical yogis or yoga teachers, although devoted yoga practitioners and teachers can glean a tremendous amount of information and great technique from the programs.

It is our intention that the techniques, postures, and language are applicable and approachable for everyone.

It is important to remember that there are no prerequisites to doing yoga. You don't need to be flexible or strong or have a long lithe ballerina body or be new age, "hippy" or spiritual. 

Yoga is for everyone, and it is designed to help you feel better in whatever size, shape or condition you are in.

Yoga is a practice that helps us know ourselves, heal ourselves, and lead a great life. So if you're stiff and not flexible - all the better! You'll notice results quickly.

 


 

The most important aspect of your yoga practice and critical to your success with the Back to Life programs is: Your Attitude. A positive outlook, a firm belief that you can heal your back, and a committment to doing the work is essential.

  • You are ready to engage in a healing routine for your back pain. 
  • You are tired of back pain and you're ready to take your healing into your own hands. 
  • You believe in your body's ability to heal and live free of pain.

These programs are NOT for you if:

  • You do NOT believe in your body's ability to heal.  
  • You do NOT want to have a practice that is your responsibility and in your hands.  

 


 

The yoga practice requires time, diligence, and discipline; as well as curiosity, intimacy with your body and your mind, and a strong desire to be free again.

If you can muster up these virtues, this system will serve not only to heal your back, but also assist you in all areas of your life.
